conrizon AG announces the acquisition of Portal Systems AG from Hamburg. With this strategic acquisition, conrizon AG is expanding its ECM product portfolio with easy, PROXESS, and HABEL to include the Shareflex product brand, bringing further innovative ECM expertise under its umbrella.

Portal Systems AG has more than 20 years of experience in the ECM sector, a team of around 60 employees, and annual sales of €7 million. Under the Shareflex brand, it offers more than 300 customers standardized solutions for document management based on Microsoft 365. Its customer base ranges from start-ups and medium-sized companies to international corporations in sectors such as industry, services, finance, and healthcare. Shareflex customers rely on Microsoft’s cloud platform and seamlessly expand it with powerful document management functions.
With the acquisition of Portal Systems AG, conrizon AG is continuing its strategic growth course in 2025 and strengthening its competitive position as a leading provider in the field of enterprise content management.
