With Grümmer, the group gains an experienced top manager who can look back on an impressive career in international, fast-growing technology companies. Most recently, he was Managing Director Germany at Effectory, the European market leader in employee listening. Previous positions included senior roles at Cognism, Oracle, IBM, and Adobe, where he served as Director Commercial Sales Central Europe and member of the Country Leadership Team, among other things.
